I. General representations and warranties
NEMOSOFT is a registered trademark of Academia Santa Ana, S.L., tax ID B48450381, with registered office at Las Mercedes, 25, 6º, 48930 Las Arenas, Spain.
NEMOSOFT represents and warrants that the website has the technology (software and hardware) required to allow access to and use of the site. However, NEMOSOFT is not liable for the possible existence of viruses or other harmful elements, introduced by any means or by any third party, that may alter the User's computer systems. The User undertakes to exercise the utmost diligence and caution when accessing and using the services of the website.
The User accepts that the website has been created in good faith with information from internal and external sources and is offered in its current state, and may contain inaccuracies, omissions or errors. NEMOSOFT does not guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, currency or completeness of the contents.
The User warrants that any activity carried out through the website will comply with the law, morality, good customs and public order, and undertakes not to use the services to impersonate a third party; to infringe fundamental rights, intellectual or industrial property rights, or regulations on the secrecy of communications, advertising or competition; to incite criminal or discriminatory acts; or to transmit programs or data that damage the systems of NEMOSOFT, other users or third parties.
II. Limitation of liability
NEMOSOFT makes no representations and offers no warranties, express or implied, as to the operation of the website or the information, content, software, materials or products included in it, to the extent permitted by applicable law, and shall not be liable for damages of any kind that may arise from its use, including direct and indirect damages.
NEMOSOFT is not liable for damages arising from the interruption of the service, for security errors caused by the use of outdated browsers, or for the lawfulness, content and quality of data offered by third parties through the website. In any case of enforceable liability, it shall be liable only for damages actually and directly caused by it, with no compensation for loss of profit. The User shall be liable for any damages NEMOSOFT may suffer as a result of a breach of these conditions.
III. Intellectual and industrial property
All the contents of the website (databases, images, photographs, drawings, graphics, texts, audio, video and software) are the property of NEMOSOFT or its content providers and are protected by national and international intellectual and industrial property regulations. The trademarks, trade names, distinctive signs and logos of NEMOSOFT are duly registered.
Making them available does not imply the transfer of their ownership or the granting of any right of exploitation other than legitimate use in accordance with the nature of the website. Any use, reproduction, dissemination, transformation, distribution or public communication of the contents without the authorisation of NEMOSOFT is prohibited.
IV. Links
Anyone wishing to create a link to the website must respect the rules of NEMOSOFT: not to link to pages on which the NEMOSOFT logo does not appear; not to allow the total or partial reproduction of the pages; not to make false or misleading statements; and not to link from pages with unlawful or offensive content. The inclusion of links from other sites does not imply any connection, association or recommendation on the part of NEMOSOFT.
The website may contain links to portals not managed by NEMOSOFT, for information purposes only. NEMOSOFT declines all responsibility for their information, products, services, prices, transactions and conditions.
V. Suspension of access
NEMOSOFT will endeavour to keep the website continuously available and may freely carry out testing, control and maintenance operations. It may suspend the services temporarily or permanently, without compensation, for maintenance work, to preserve the integrity or security of its equipment, networks or those of third parties, for operational reasons or due to force majeure (access, power or telephone failures, attacks on the server, transmission or storage failures).
VI. Cookie policy
NEMOSOFT may use cookies to provide certain services more effectively. Even if you configure your browser to reject them, you will be able to browse the website, with the only drawback of not being able to use the services that require them. Cookies are used to keep search results, store the permissions of authenticated users, measure traffic parameters, remember the chosen language and report errors in links or services.
VII. Termination
NEMOSOFT may terminate the use of the website without notice when it becomes aware of unlawful activities by the User or when the User has breached any of their essential obligations, especially in the event of misuse of the access code or infringement of intellectual and industrial property rights, without prejudice to any applicable legal action.
