  • Your technician will chat with you online to get the details of the problem.
  • With your permission, the technician will be able to see your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
  • You will have full control of your computer at all times. You will always have the ability to override the technician's mouse and keyboard and you can end the screen sharing session at any time.

Step 1: Download the support program to start the process and press run.

Step 2: Once the program installation wizard has started, you have to select the "Run" option, as shown below, and click "Next".

Step 3: Accept the terms of use of the program. Once accepted, you must indicate to the person who attends you the data that the program notifies you (Your ID and Password).

Step 4: Once you have provided this information, our technical support team will get to work on your computer.
